These terms & conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Fotofusi services — first-party professional photography & videography operated as part of the Akselera ecosystem. By using our services (booking, contact, crew registration), you agree to these Terms.
"Fotofusi" — the service brand providing professional photography/videography that assembles crew (lead photographer, videographer, drone operator, etc.) from a verified roster. Not a marketplace — Fotofusi is 100% accountable for results.
"Customer" — individual, business, or community booking Fotofusi services.
"Fotofusi Crew" — photographer/videographer who is part of the Fotofusi roster and assigned to project execution.
"Project" — a single Fotofusi service booking with specific date, location, and scope.
Fotofusi provides professional photography & videography services including but not limited to: wedding, prewedding, event, corporate, product, portrait, drone, and video production. Transparent pricing published per service at /en/services. Tier packages: A Premium, B Standard, C Emerging, plus all-in packages (Silver/Gold/Platinum).
Customer submits brief via /en/booking form, contact form, or WhatsApp.
Fotofusi internal team reviews brief and prepares crew recommendation within 24-48 hours.
Customer confirms crew or requests alternative (maximum 3 rounds).
After confirmation, customer transfers 30% deposit to lock event date.
70% balance after final delivery and customer satisfaction confirmation.
30% deposit at booking, 70% balance after delivery.
Escrow system: funds held in Fotofusi operational account until customer confirms results.
Refund policy based on distance to event date:
• Cancel >30 days before event: 100% refund minus 5% admin fee
• Cancel 14-30 days before event: 50% deposit refund
• Cancel <14 days before event: deposit non-refundable
Force majeure from Fotofusi side (crew no-show, equipment failure): full refund or emergency replacement deployment.
Free revisions per package tier: Basic 1× minor, Standard 2× minor, Premium 3× minor, Enterprise unlimited minor + 5× major. Major revision = substantial re-edit. Minor revision = color grading, crop, minor retouching. Re-shoot guarantee for Fotofusi-side force majeure.
Customer has full commercial usage rights to final edits: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, billboards, websites, pitch decks, and other marketing media.
Customer MAY NOT resell results as stock photography to third parties (B2B resellers).
Fotofusi reserves the right to use results as portfolio showcase unless customer explicitly opts out.
Fotofusi crew may be credited in showcase, but primary branding remains Fotofusi.
Fotofusi is fully accountable for project results — not a marketplace facilitator. In case of issues (crew no-show, results not matching brief, dispute), Fotofusi mediates and provides resolution (revision, re-shoot, or partial refund per case). Customer must provide accurate information in brief; inaccurate information causing crew misconfiguration is not Fotofusi liability.
Either party is not liable for execution failure due to force majeure: natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, government restrictions on gatherings, or other force majeure conditions recognized by Indonesian law. In such cases, Fotofusi will coordinate reschedule or partial refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the District Court of Yogyakarta as the exclusive jurisdiction forum.
Fotofusi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version is available on this page with the update date at the top. Significant changes will be notified via email to active customers.
