Fotofusi (operated as part of the Akselera ecosystem, "we") respects the privacy of every user of this website. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data you provide while interacting with Fotofusi services.

Data you provide directly via booking form, contact form, or photographer registration: name, email, WhatsApp number, event date, location, and other brief details.

Automated data: analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) to understand website usage — does not contain personal information.

Communication data: WhatsApp or email conversations during booking and crew coordination.

3. Use of Data

Process bookings and assemble Fotofusi crew for your event.

Communicate regarding quote, confirmation, and delivery.

Analyze website usage for service improvement (aggregate data, not per-individual).

Optional promotional notifications — only if you explicitly subscribe.

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

Data is not sold or shared with third parties except: (a) the Fotofusi crew assigned to your event receives the minimal information needed for execution, (b) technical service providers supporting operations (Resend for email, Vercel for hosting) under confidentiality agreements, (c) when required by legal process.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, leakage, or destruction. Sensitive communications (personal data, file deliveries) occur over encrypted channels (HTTPS, WhatsApp end-to-end).

Booking data is retained during the active project + 12 months for project showcase documentation, revision guarantee, and dispute resolution. After that, data is anonymized or deleted.
