For fashion/F&B/skincare brands with multi-branches (Jakarta + Surabaya + Bali + Medan), the quality team coordinates colorists in every city with identical color grading SOPs: same palette, same LUT, same skin tone approach, same masking technique. Output: brand photos from all branches have consistent tone despite being shot in different lighting conditions. Permanent custom brand LUT (Campaign Premium and above) can be used by internal teams across all branches to edit future content.

That's the problem with grading without masking. Our team uses node-based grading technique in DaVinci Resolve or Lightroom with masking specifically for skin areas — strong palette applied to background and clothing, skin area stays natural. Skin tone won't go waxy, orange-cast, or plastic. We test grading on the range of Asian tropical skin colors (light, medium, deep) to ensure the palette remains flattering for all undertones.

Because Fotofusi assigns photographer + colorist from the city closest to your brand, in-city transportation is free for all packages. For multi-branch brands (HQ Jakarta + Surabaya branch + Bali), the quality team assigns local colorist in every city — costs stay at base price. For shoots in remote locations where the nearest colorist must travel, transportation costs are actuals, transparent in the quotation breakdown.

For e-commerce products (especially fashion with fabric), color accuracy is critical to avoid high return rates. We use: (1) lighting calibration with pre-shoot color checker, (2) sRGB color profile matching Shopee/Tokopedia render, (3) cross-check on multi-device (phone iOS, Android, desktop), (4) preview validation sent to you before final. Customers' visual expectation matches the item that arrives — our brand clients' return rates typically drop 30–50%.

Campaign Premium and Feed Monthly packages include permanent brand LUT file (.cube format) — a sort of 'custom filter' specific to your brand usable by internal teams across all branches to edit future content. For example: your founder makes daily Stories content at a Jakarta café, then Bali store makes BTS, Surabaya team makes product close-up — all just apply brand LUT, tone matches the national main feed. Invest once, long-term asset.

Single Session: consultation 2–3 days + 30% deposit + session (1 hour) + edit grading (5 working days) = total ~2 weeks. Brand Feed: add 1 week pre-production for comprehensive mood board = total ~3 weeks. Campaign Premium: 4 weeks including multi-round revisions and custom LUT development. Suitable for corporate brands or startups that have passed brand identity phase and need on-brand visual content. Campaign Premium package and above include brand guide alignment.

Single Session & Brand Feed: 30% deposit at booking + 70% after final delivery approved. Campaign Premium: 30% deposit + 40% when shoot complete + 30% when delivery + brand LUT approved. Feed Monthly: monthly billing via official invoice (VAT included) for corporate clients. All payments via Fotofusi escrow — money only released to team after brand confirms satisfaction. Yes, the Feed Monthly package (Rp 4,250,000/month) is available for brands with consistent content strategy: 60–80 photos per month with grading tone saved permanently, dedicated team familiar with your brand, priority slot, and monthly content planning meeting. For multi-branch brands, the retainer can rotate locations each month (Jan: Jakarta, Feb: Surabaya, Mar: Bali, etc.) with local colorist in every city and identical SOPs. Minimum 3-month commitment.
