Yes — and it's one of our specialties. Photographers in the Fotofusi network are patient with toddlers and experienced at approaching them so they relax. For toddlers, we usually recommend the Mini Party (2 hours) or Standard (3–4 hours) package — longer durations exhaust the child. Tip: brief the photographer to focus on candid rather than formal posing — the result feels more natural and timeless.

Yes, we handle them often. For surprise parties, the photographer arrives early (1 hour before the birthday star), stays hidden or blends in as a regular guest, and captures the surprise reaction from a pre-scouted angle. All coordination goes through a separate admin number — no messages reach the birthday star. The Fotofusi team has handled 100+ surprise parties for partners, parents, and close friends across cities.

Because Fotofusi assigns photographers from the city closest to your venue, in-city transportation is included in all packages. For parties outside the photographer's city (100+ km away) or on a different island, additional transport is billed by distance — typically Rp 200,000–500,000 one-way for inter-city same-island travel, or actual ticket + lodging for inter-island. We disclose this transparently during initial consultation.

Absolutely. During consultation, mention your gender preference. For girls' parties or sweet seventeens, some clients prefer female photographers. Fotofusi has a female personal-party photographer network in most cities — same quality as male counterparts, purely a family preference.

Escrow means your deposit and final payment are held in a Fotofusi account (not paid directly to the photographer). We release funds to the photographer only after you confirm satisfaction with the edited photos. If anything goes wrong — no-show on event day, sub-par quality, or vendor disappearance after deposit — you're protected. For birthday parties, we also keep backup photographers ready to deploy within 2 hours in case of last-minute issues.

A 30% deposit at booking locks the date. The remaining 70% is due D-1 before the party via bank transfer or e-wallet. Payment goes into Fotofusi escrow — funds are only released to the photographer after you confirm satisfaction with the edits. This system protects you from the photographer-ghosting risk near event day — critical for parties planned for months.

The Standard package (Rp 1.5M, 3–4 hours, 1 photographer) suits intimate family parties or regular milestones. Sweet Seventeen (Rp 2.8M, 5–6 hours, photographer + assistant) is FEATURED for elegant multi-segment parties — including pre-party formal portrait of the birthday star, B-roll from the assistant, dance floor / entertainment shots, reels-ready vertical crops, 10 printed 5R photos + frame, and a pre-event theme consultation. Pick Sweet 17 if there are many event segments (speeches, performances, dance, etc.) or a complex theme.

Depends on the package. Sweet Seventeen includes 10 printed 5R photos + frame. Grand Celebration includes 1 premium A4 hardcover album (30 pages) + 20 premium prints in various sizes + on-site live photo printing for guests. For Mini Party and Standard, additional printed albums are available starting at Rp 500,000 (A5 softcover 20 pages) to Rp 1,500,000 (premium A4 hardcover 30 pages).

T-3 the photographer coordinates with the party PIC (parents, EO, or birthday planner if any): decoration theme, minute-by-minute rundown (when candle blowing happens, when entertainment starts, when gift opening), VIP guest list for group photos, and special must-have shots. On event day the photographer arrives 30 minutes early to shoot decorations and coordinate directly with the event team.
