Platinum Rp 7,500,000 (multi-day, 250 SKUs, full campaign + video). Pricing reflects tier-2 cities. For Jakarta, Bali, Surabaya, Bandung, expect a 20–25% adjustment. For volumes >package limits, additional fees Rp 25,000-50,000 per SKU.

Other cities also served — message admin with your brand location.

Yes. For brands with internal studio setups or warehouses with adequate space, our photographers can shoot on-site. Share location during consultation — we coordinate lighting setup brought along. Saves product transport costs to photographer's studio.

Large products require studios with adequate space or on-site shoots at brand showrooms/warehouses. During consultation, share product dimensions — we match a photographer with a large studio or experience handling on-location shoots for furniture/equipment.

Basic & Standard packages: models not included (default flat-lay/mannequin). Premium-Platinum: models can be added as add-on (Rp 1,000,000-3,000,000 per model per day). Brand can provide their own models (cost saving) or Fotofusi coordinates local casting.

Basic & Standard: 7 working days. Premium: 10 working days. Platinum: 14 working days. Delivered via Google Drive with folder structure per format (catalog white, PNG transparent, lifestyle, social, print). For rush deadlines (less than standard), we can accommodate with rush fees.

Yes, default for Standard package and above. After shooting the first 5 SKUs, the photographer sends edited samples to the brand. Brand approves style/color/composition before continuing full SKU shoots. Avoid risks of 50-100 photo reshoots due to style mismatches. Totally worth it for high volumes.

Yes. For packaging photography (products in boxes with retail-ready presentation), we treat it as a regular SKU. For products that can't be opened (sealed packaging), we shoot with a style that highlights packaging design + brand identity.

Because Fotofusi assigns photographers from the brand's city, in-city transportation is included. For shoots at remote locations (beyond 30 km from photographer's city) or multi-city travel needs (e.g., cross-city campaign), additional transport at cost — informed before contracting.

30% deposit goes to Fotofusi's account (not directly to the photographer). Remaining 70% paid on shoot day or after shoot completion. All funds held by Fotofusi until the brand confirms satisfaction with the edits. Photographer is paid only after brand approval. Risk of reshoot or delivery delay = critical mitigation for investments >Rp 1M.

Yes. For brands with monthly/seasonal new collections, we offer retainers with 15-20% discount bundling 3-6 months. Great for fashion brand seasonal drops, skincare brand seasonal ranges, or F&B brands with regular menu updates. Message admin for a custom retainer quote.

Standard package and above include 1 styling assistant to arrange products and basic props. Premium-Platinum packages include 1 dedicated stylist for lifestyle settings (elaborate props, set design, art direction). Models: not included by default, can be bundled as add-on or brand-provided.

Minor revision guarantee (color tone, crop, basic retouch) is free until the brand signs off. For major reshoots due to style mismatch (rare because of the batch approval workflow), the Fotofusi quality team mediates and can arrange with a replacement photographer. Because payment is held in escrow, funds are only released after brand satisfaction.
