Yes — for multi-gen Tionghoa-Medan families (common in Pecinan Petisah, the Sun Plaza area, Cemara Asri, and Tasbih), we have lead photographers fluent in Mandarin + Hokkien dialect. Absolutely — this is one of our specialties for Medan families. Mangulosi is an emotional must-capture moment: close-up of the elder's hands placing the ulos on the recipient's shoulder, wide shot of the entire family in a circle, plus family reactions (often tearful). 30% deposit at booking to lock the date and location. 70% final payment T-3 before the session via Bank Mandiri/BCA/BNI transfer or e-wallet OVO/DANA/GoPay. All payments go into Fotofusi escrow — funds are only released to the photographer after you confirm satisfaction with the edits. This system protects you from vendor disappearance (common with Pasar Petisah / Sun Plaza freelance marketplaces). If there's a major issue, funds are refunded or the booking is reassigned to a replacement photographer at no extra cost.
