Yes. We have several photographers in our network who are reptile/exotic pet owners themselves. During assignment, the quality team matches with your pet type. For exotic pets requiring specialist handlers (e.g., large snakes, aggressive monitors), additional handler fees may apply — confirmed before contracting.

We treat pet comfort as priority. First 10 minutes are allocated for bonding (pet familiar with photographer & handler). Non-extreme lighting (no flash near eyes), shoot pace adjusted to pet energy. If pet shows stress signs, session pauses. A successful session = pet still enjoyable at the end, not just great photos.

During pre-shoot briefing, share pet temperament — we brief the photographer specifically. Hyperactive pets: handler provides exercise before session, or shoot in larger outdoor space. Shy pets: setup at pet's home (familiar place), shoot from distance with zoom lens, give longer warm-up time.

Of course. Standard package and above includes owner-pet interaction photos (hugging, playing, cuddling). Family & Pet package is specifically designed for family-with-pet portraits. Owner direction is guided so results are natural, not stiff.

1) Pet bathed/groomed 1-2 days before (not day-of so they're relaxed). 2) Nails trimmed. 3) Favorite treats (we bring some too). 4) Favorite toys to grab attention. 5) For dogs: comfortable leash + harness. 6) For cats: carrier for transport, not freshly bathed. Full details shared during briefing.

Pets usually feel more relaxed at home — we support home shoots with natural lighting + existing props. For classic portrait results (solid backgrounds), photographer's studio is available (included in package). For outdoor (park, beach), available with weather coordination.

We often handle memorial sessions for senior pets — team approaches with sensitivity. For pets who have passed and you want memory photos from old shots, we can restore & color-grade old photos with a separate retouch package. Chat admin to discuss case-by-case.

Because Fotofusi assigns photographers from the nearest city, in-city transportation is included in all packages. For outdoor sessions at locations farther away (e.g., beach/park >30 km from photographer's city), additional transport is billed at cost — informed before contracting.

30% deposit goes to Fotofusi's account (not directly to the photographer). Remaining 70% paid on session day. All funds held by Fotofusi until you confirm satisfaction with the edits. Photographer is paid only after you approve. Risk of vendor ghosting = zero.

Minor revision guarantee (color tone, crop, basic background retouch) is free until you sign off. Because payment is held in escrow, funds are only released to the photographer after you confirm satisfaction. For major disagreements, the Fotofusi quality team mediates.
