Fotofusi has a fashion specialist team network across 167+ cities in Indonesia. Major cities (Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Solo, Medan, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Makassar, Manado, Denpasar, Balikpapan), tier-2 cities (Malang, Bogor, Bekasi, Depok, Cirebon, Tegal, Magelang, Purwokerto, Kediri, Jember, etc.), and regional towns. Local fashion brands in any city can get editorial-grade quality without traveling to Jakarta.

Regular product photography focuses on product DETAILS in studio (white background, multi-angle, clean shots for listings). Fashion photography focuses on STORY + MODEL + STYLING — capturing garment movement, fabric texture, model performance, lifestyle context. Editorial fashion requires model casting, wardrobe styling, multi-location, and MUA — more complex than standard product photography. Fotofusi covers both in one shoot.

Basic includes 1 TFP (Time For Print — model gets photos as portfolio) model. Standard includes 1 professional model or 2 TFP. Premium includes 2–3 professional models. Platinum includes 3–5 models with full styling team. Add-on international model Rp 1,500,000–3,500,000/session per tier. Local model network available in every Fotofusi network city.

Basic: 10 SKUs (4–5 edited photos per SKU). Standard: 15 SKUs. Premium: 25 SKUs multi-concept. Platinum: 30–50 SKUs full collection. For capsule collections (3–5 SKUs) or larger volumes, custom quotes available. Tip: 5–10 hero products are more effective than blasting all collection items in 1 shoot — stronger visual focus.

Standard total timeline: 3–5 weeks. Breakdown: 3–5 days creative brief workshop, 1–2 weeks pre-production (model casting + location + styling), 1–4 days shooting, 7–21 days post-production per package. Rush timeline available for urgent launches with an add-on of Rp 1–3M depending on speed-up scope.

Because Fotofusi assigns fashion teams from the city closest to your shoot, in-city transportation is included in all packages. For shoots outside the fashion team's city (e.g., Surabaya-based team, Bali shoot) or on a different island, additional transport + lodging is billed at cost — disclosed transparently during consultation. Platinum already includes cross-island options with separate estimates.

Basic: photos only. Standard includes a 60–90 second cinematic video lookbook + 30-second BTS mini-video. Premium includes 60–90 second cinematic main + multiple cuts (15–30 second teaser for paid ads) + 60-second BTS. Platinum includes 2–3 minute broadcast-quality cinematic main + multiple campaign cuts + 3–5 minute BTS documentary + original music score.

Depends on the city — every Fotofusi network city has a mapped fashion location database: (1) Editorial partner studios per city, (2) Aesthetic cafes for lifestyle vibe, (3) Urban heritage (Kotagede in Yogya, Asia-Afrika in Bandung, Lawang Sewu in Semarang, Ubud in Bali) for storytelling, (4) Dramatic nature (beaches, hills, forests) for dramatic editorial. Pre-shoot consultation to pick per brand persona and city.

No — garment preparation (steaming, fitting, minor repair, dust removal) is the brand's responsibility before delivery to the studio. Available as an add-on Rp 100–300K per SKU for garment prep service in most network cities. Our team ensures every garment is photo-ready before the shoot.

Yes. During the creative brief workshop, we collect your brand color palette + style guide. Color grading adjusts for consistency across all photos + video. For critical colors (special fabric colors, exact Pantone brand colors), an add-on premium color matching is available at Rp 300,000. Important for preserving low e-commerce return rates.

Yes. Full commercial usage rights for all packages — printed lookbooks, e-commerce listings, paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google), billboards, press releases, OOH advertising, product packaging. No watermark, no limits on commercial use. Your brand fully owns the produced visuals, regardless of which city the shoot takes place in.

Escrow means your deposit and final payment are held in a Fotofusi account (not paid directly to the fashion team). We release funds only after you confirm satisfaction with the final edits. For seasonal campaigns or major brand launches with major investment, this system protects you from vendor-ghosting risk after deposit or off-brief results. Plus 1–2x free revisions per package.
