For shoots on different islands/cities from the photographer (e.g., Jakarta brand shoots at Bali resort), additional transport + accommodation costs at actual cost. Transparently informed before contracting. Alternative: we assign a local Bali photographer familiar with your brand (more economical for Bali destinations).

Yes. During pre-shoot briefing, share locations you want (Google Maps links, reference photos). We coordinate access with location owners if needed (partner cafes, private spaces, etc.). For public locations (beaches, rice fields, mountains), no special permits needed.

Basic package: basic props included (flowers, simple fabric, basic set). Standard and above: elaborate props included (vintage cups, candles, books, plates, plants — matching brand mood). For specific props (e.g., vintage typewriter, antique furniture), sourcing available with transparent additional fees.

Because Fotofusi assigns photographers from the brand's city, in-city transportation is included. For destination shoots on different islands or remote locations (>30 km from photographer's city), additional transport at cost — informed before contracting.

Yes. For brands launching seasonal collections regularly (4x/year), we offer retainers with 15-20% discount bundling 3-4 sessions. Great for fashion seasonal drops, skincare seasonal ranges. Message admin for a custom retainer quote.

30% deposit goes to Fotofusi's account (not directly to the photographer). Remaining 70% paid on shoot day. All funds held by Fotofusi until brand confirms satisfaction with edits. Photographer is paid only after brand approval. Mitigates below-expectation result risk.

Minor revision guarantee (color tone, crop, basic retouch) is free until brand signs off. Because payment is held in escrow, funds are only released to the photographer after brand confirms satisfaction. For major disagreements (fundamental style differs from moodboard), the Fotofusi quality team mediates and can arrange reshoots.
