Share your venue city with admin — we confirm availability within 2 hours.

Because Fotofusi assigns photographers from the city closest to the venue, in-city transportation is included in all packages. For events on a different island or remote locations where the nearest photographer must travel 100+ km, additional transportation and lodging are billed at cost — informed before contracting.

Every photographer in the Fotofusi network clears a three-stage screening: portfolio review (minimum 30 weddings completed), technical assessment (low-light handling, exposure compensation, color grading), and trial shoot. They also maintain a minimum 4.8 client rating. Our quality team matches you with a photographer whose portfolio style aligns with the mood board you share.

Escrow means your payment is held by Fotofusi (not paid directly to the photographer). We release funds to the photographer only after you confirm satisfaction with the final photos. If anything goes wrong — no-show, sub-par quality, or vendor disappearance after deposit — you're protected. Funds are refunded or reassigned to a replacement photographer at no extra cost.
