The Fotofusi quality team picks a photographer from the city closest to your school/campus, experienced with the appropriate level — photographers for elementary kids have very different chemistry from those for university classes. Every photographer in the Fotofusi network has cleared portfolio review (minimum 5 school/campus classes), technical assessment, and trial shoot. Layouts are done by Fotofusi in-house designers who follow Gen Z visual trends (cinematic film, K-pop inspired, vintage retro, minimalist clean), and printing is handled by quality-checked partner print houses.
Because the team is assigned from the city closest to you, in-school/campus shoot transportation is free for all tier-2 cities and regional towns. For tier-1 cities (Jakarta, Bali, Surabaya, Bandung), a pricing adjustment applies due to higher team operational costs. For schools/campuses on a different island from the team base, travel and lodging are billed at cost, confirmed before contracting.

Quality team selects a photographer + layout designer from the city closest to your school/campus, experienced with the appropriate level. Portfolio + previous yearbook samples are shared for committee review.
After committee + school/campus approve, a digital contract is issued. 30% deposit to Fotofusi escrow to lock the shoot date. We compile detailed rundown per class/program and brief outfits to students via teachers/class coordinators.
Shoot per schedule (1–3 days or custom). Team arrives on time with complete equipment. Edit + layout proof completed in 2–4 weeks after the last shoot, sent to committee for review.

Absolutely. Every city has different iconic landmarks — admin will send a shortlist of 5–10 popular outdoor locations in your city (city parks, heritage sites, beaches for coastal cities, food districts, or city-specific landmarks). For outdoor locations outside the school, we arrange group transportation and coordinate location permits. Paid-entry location tickets are not included.
Essential package gets 1x layout revision before print, Standard 2x, Premium 3x, Campus Custom unlimited within reasonable scope. Each revision covers photo adjustments, layout, captions, or organization pages. Additional revisions beyond the package allowance cost Rp 250,000 per round. That's why we strongly recommend committees review the layout proof thoroughly before requesting revisions.
