Depends on event scale. Mini meetup (30-50 attendees): 1 photographer enough. Medium gathering (50-150 attendees): 1 photographer + 1 videographer ideal. City-scale festival (200+ attendees): 1 photographer + 1 videographer + 1 assistant for multi-area coverage. Hybrid event with live stream: add 1 tech crew.

Premium Hybrid package: yes, includes full live streaming setup (3 camera angles, audio mixer with wireless mic, streaming to YouTube/Facebook Live/Zoom). Real-time technical support throughout event. For other packages, live streaming available as add-on Rp 2-4M (depending on complexity).

Mini & Standard packages: 7 working days. Festival & Premium Hybrid: 10 working days. For communities needing quick highlight for same-day post, we can send 5-10 preview photos on event night (Standard package and above) for social media teasers.

Yes. During pre-event briefing, committee shares sponsor list with tiers (gold, silver, bronze). Fotofusi team captures specific shots highlighting sponsor visibility: logo backdrop, sponsor speaker moments, branded merchandise, banner placement. Output folder separated for easy delivery to sponsors.

We're familiar with religious events: pengajian, fellowship, retreats, major religious celebrations. Team adjusted to event adab (e.g., gender-segregated coverage if requested, modest dress code, awareness of rituals that shouldn't be captured). Detail briefing pre-event.

For hobby photography or creative communities, often members themselves are professionals. Fotofusi is flexible — if there's a qualified member, they can apply to be assigned team (with negotiated rate). Or we match with team familiar with similar community in your city.

Because Fotofusi assigns teams from event city, in-city transportation is included. For events at remote locations (>30 km from team's city) or far outdoor venues (mountains, out-of-city beaches), transparent transport fees at actual. For multi-day festivals, we can quote crew accommodation if needed.

30% deposit goes to Fotofusi's account (not directly to the team). Remaining 70% paid on event day. All funds held by Fotofusi until committee confirms satisfaction with edits. Team is paid only after committee approval. Great for communities funded from member contributions — financially safe.

Yes. For communities with regular monthly meetups, we have monthly Mini Coverage retainer with 20% discount (mention to admin during consultation). Great for growing communities needing consistent content for monthly social media.

Minor revision guarantee (color tone, crop, basic group photo retouch) is free until committee signs off. Because payment is held in escrow, funds are only released to the team after committee confirms satisfaction. For major disagreements, the Fotofusi quality team mediates.
