Every photographer in the Fotofusi network has cleared a three-stage screening: portfolio review with a minimum of 30 family sessions, technical assessment on lighting and group posing, and a trial shoot with children. Minimum 3 years of family photography experience, deep understanding of child psychology (when to break, when to use toy distractions, when to capture candid), and comfortable coordinating 5–25 person multi-generational groups.
Shoot locations are flexible in every city: studio with AC and props for newborn and toddler sessions, outdoor at your city's iconic spots (heritage, city parks, beaches, gardens), or a lifestyle session at your own home. Because the photographer is assigned from the city closest to you, in-city transportation is free and you don't pay flights for the crew.
