Fotofusi partner studios stand by in Panakkukang (near Mall Panakkukang, easy Boulevard access) and Mappanyukki (near the cafe strip plus Mall Ratu Indah). These two areas have the easiest logistics access in Makassar city. For SME brands with warehouses in Maros, Gowa, or Sungguminasa, our photographers are also ready to shoot on-site at brand warehouses.

Yes. For South Sulawesi SME brands with production warehouses in Maros/Gowa/Takalar with adequate space, our photographers can shoot on-site. Share location during consultation — we coordinate lighting setup brought along. Saves serious transport cost for fragile products (pearls, detailed woodcraft) to Panakkukang studio.

That's actually our specialty. Mandar silk sarong requires special flat-lay lighting so fabric texture and geometric motifs appear sharp without excessive shine. Toraja woodcarving needs side lighting to highlight relief and pa'tedong/pa'barre allo symbol details. Selayar pearls need macro lens for luster detail. During consultation, share the dominant material — we match a photographer who's worked extensively with that material.

Basic and Standard packages: models not included (default flat-lay or mannequin). Premium-Platinum: models can be added (Rp 1,300,000-3,900,000 per model per day, adjusted for Makassar model tier). Brand can provide their own models (cost saving) or Fotofusi coordinates local casting from a verified Makassar model pool. For resort fashion lookbooks at Akkarena/Bira Beach, models are briefed on local custom etiquette.

Default for Standard package and above. After shooting the first 5 SKUs, the photographer sends edited samples to the brand via WhatsApp or Google Drive. This workflow saves serious effort — e.g. if the brand wants Coto Makassar frozen in warm yellow instead of cool tone, we correct it in samples first before the remaining 60 SKUs get the wrong style.

Because Fotofusi assigns photographers from Makassar city, transportation within Makassar (Karebosi, Losari, Panakkukang, Mappanyukki, Tanjung Bunga, Pettarani, Sam Ratulangi, etc.) is included. For shoots in Maros, Gowa-Sungguminasa, Takalar (1-hour radius), included in Standard package and above. For destination Tana Toraja (8 hours — crew accommodation Rantepao/Makale), Bira Beach (5 hours), or Selayar Islands (3-4 hours ferry/flight), additional transport plus crew accommodation costs — informed transparently before contracting.

30% deposit transferred to Fotofusi account (not directly to photographer). Remaining 70% paid on shoot day or after shoot completion. All funds held by Fotofusi until brand confirms satisfaction with the edits. Photographer is paid only after brand approval. Critical mitigation for investments above Rp 1.5M — especially for South Sulawesi SME brands where every rupiah matters.

Yes, especially Premium and above packages that include stylist and art director.
