Premium is Rp 13,500,000 (12–14 hours, 2 videographers + drone, with same-day-edit screening). Platinum is Rp 18,500,000 (2-day multi-day coverage + cinematic prewedding). Pricing reflects tier-2 cities and regional towns. For Jakarta, Bali, Surabaya, and Bandung, expect a 20–25% adjustment.

Cinematic wedding video focuses on storytelling — every shot has meaning, there's film-grade color grading, professional lavalier audio, and music chosen to match the mood. The result is short (3–10 minute highlight) but emotionally powerful and worth rewatching. Regular documentation tends to be long and flat with no storytelling — just recording from start to finish. Fotofusi's standard is cinematic, not flat documentation.

Because Fotofusi assigns videographers from the city closest to your venue, in-city transportation is included in all packages. For events on a different island or remote locations where the nearest videographer must travel 100+ km (e.g., Surabaya-based videographer for a Lombok venue), travel and crew lodging are billed at cost — informed before the contract is signed.

Same-Day-Edit is a 2–5 minute highlight edited on-site and screened at the same evening's reception. Great for weddings with an evening reception where you want to surprise guests — the morning ceremony already cut into a short video and played during the reception. Available in Premium and Platinum packages because it requires an on-site editor during the event.

Standard package and above include drone aerial footage (if the venue permits drone flight). Premium and Platinum get premium drone with multiple angles. Basic doesn't include drone — to add drone to Basic, there's an extra Rp 1,500,000 for 1 certified drone operator for 1 day.

30% deposit at booking to lock the date. 70% final payment T-3 before the event. All payments go into Fotofusi escrow — funds are only released to the videographer after you confirm satisfaction with the cinematic highlight. This system protects you from vendors disappearing after deposit or dragging out delivery for months. If there's a major issue, funds are refunded or reassigned to a replacement videographer at no extra cost.

Basic package: 14 working days. Standard: 21 working days. Premium: 30 working days (longer due to SDE + extended feature film). Platinum: 45 working days (multi-day coverage + prewedding). A 30–60 second same-day teaser is always delivered within the first 24 hours — perfect for Instagram Stories and distant family updates while waiting for the final highlight.

Yes. During the initial consultation, admin will ask what video mood you want — classic-elegant (warm tone, slow pace, orchestra music), modern-dynamic (clean tone, upbeat pace, indie music), documentary-realistic (natural audio, minimal music), or cinematic-dramatic (high-contrast grade, slow-mo heavy). The quality team matches your videographer with showreel consistent to your preference — you won't get a random videographer whose style is wildly different from your expectations.

Yes, all packages include lavalier (clip-on mic) audio recording for ijab kabul vows. If you want a favorite commercial song (e.g., Sheila On 7 or Tulus), we can include it but only for the personal viewing version — the upload version uses an alternate license-cleared track.

Yes. We have videographers trained for Javanese, Sundanese, Minang, Batak, Bali, Buginese, Manado, and other traditional ceremonies. During assignment, the quality team matches a videographer who understands your tradition's procession flow — so sacred-moment timing is captured, officiant/elder dialogue is recorded clearly, and cultural etiquette is respected. For multi-day traditional weddings, the Platinum 2-day coverage package is the best fit.

Yes, subject to videographer availability in your city. For major cities (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Bali), last-minute slots T-30 to T-14 are often available. For tier-2 cities or smaller regional towns, we recommend booking at least T-60 because cinematic videographers are limited.
